摘 要
随着我国的医疗技术的不断发展,现在我国的医疗整体水平正在稳步的攀升。特
别是在当下的新冠疫情下,更体现出了我国在疫情防控、疫苗研制、患者救助上均保
持着很好的世界领先性,为全球防疫工作打下了坚实的基础。而在我国的医疗水平不
断扩张发展下,现在我国的医院扩张速度也非常的快,每所医院每日所接待的患者人
数与日俱增。比如医学院第一附属医院,自治区中医医院等常年保持着较好的患者就
诊率。在电子网络化的科技尚未发展成熟的阶段,患者往往是到医院挂号窗口,排队
进行挂号,而有些专家门诊的号都是限量发放的,排队的患者也并不清楚当日是否能
够挂上相应的医生问诊号,这种传统的挂号方式十分的落伍,对于患者就医的及时性
往往不能够起到很好的服务作用,另外对于医院来说,纯手工的挂号方式也对挂号医
生的工作强度要求非常高,出现差错的概率比较高。
而随着科学技术的不断发展,现在的挂号技术已经结合了计算机应用进行了开发,
使得挂号可以通过网络的方式提前进行预约,并且可以提前约 1 周内、1 个月内的就
诊号码,为患者提供了加大的便利。让患者能够在网络上就能够看到具体的专家门诊
哪天有空余的问诊号码可以进行挂号操作,节约了患者的时间也减轻了医院医生人工
挂号的工作强度。
此次是借助于微信小程序来搭建一款医院挂号的小程序,通过小程序的开发能够
让患者在手机上实现挂号的功能,能够更加方便用户的使用。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of China's medical technology, China's overall
medical level is rising steadily. Especially in the current COVID-19, it shows that our
country has maintained a good world leading position in epidemic prevention and control,
vaccine development and patient rescue, At the stage when the electronic network
technology is not yet mature, patients often go to the hospital registration window and
queue up for registration, while the outpatient registration of some experts is limited. The
queuing patients do not know whether they can hang the corresponding doctor's
consultation number on that day. This traditional registration method is very outdated, The
timeliness of patients' medical treatment often can not play a good service role. In addition,
for hospitals, the purely manual registration method also requires very high work intensity
of registered doctors, and the probability of errors is relatively high.
With the continuous development of science and technology, the current registration
technology has been developed in combination with computer applications, so that the
registration can make an appointment in advance through the network, and the medical
number within about one week and one month in advance, which provides greater
convenience for patients. So that patients can see the specific expert outpatient service on
the network. When there is a spare inquiry number for registration operation, it not only
saves patients' time, but also reduces the work intensity of manual registration of hospital
doctors.
This time, a hospital registration applet is built with the help of wechat applet.
Through the development of applet, patients can realize the registration function on mobile
phone, which can be more convenient for users.
