摘 要
随着我国经济的发展以及基础建设的加强,高速公路正在飞速扩张实现跨越式发展。
高速公路对于社会经济的发展起到了巨大的推动作用,相比飞机、动车以及高铁等运输
工具,高速公路具备了车流量大、行车方便以及交通费用低的特性,高速公路的不断发
展也进一步优化提升了我国物流行业的效率,在高速公路管理过程中高速公路收费是至
关重要的环节,高速公路收费管理工作从最初的人工收费逐渐演变成电子收费,目前很
多高速公路开通了 ETC 车道实现了自动收费,高速公路的收费系统也在不断的提升来应
对日益增加的车流量需求。高速公路同时结合收费点区域网络连接来统一收费标准,通
过网络联合收费来实现高速公路收费数据的收集和统计,借助线上化平台的优势来优化
提升高速公路收费的效率和规范管理收费行为。
结合高速公路目前的收费现状,此次高速公路收费系统的开发和设计主要基于 SSM
框架技术来实现,同时利用 JAVA 语言以及 Mysql 数据库来实现收费数据的运行和传递,
此次系统平台的开发设计主要针对大型车和小型车的不同收费标准来实现,通过系统平
台搭建数据统计和数据查阅的窗口,通过系统后台录入相关车型的收费标准,高速公路
管理员用户结合不同的收费标准来实现大型车和小型车的收费登记,便于前端用户的操
作,登记的信息主要以车辆基础信息以及车载吨数信息为主,收费信息及收费员信息均
采用自动填入和自动计算的方式来实现,进一步优化提升了高速公路收费管理的效率。

Abstract
With the development of China's economy and the strengthening of infrastructure,
expressways are expanding rapidly to achieve leapfrog development. The expressway has
played a huge role in promoting the development of social economy. Compared with aircraft,
motor cars and high-speed rail and other transportation tools, the expressway has the
characteristics of large traffic flow, convenient driving and low traffic costs. The continuous
development of the expressway has further optimized and improved the efficiency of China's
logistics industry. Expressway charging is a crucial link in the process of expressway
management, The expressway toll management has gradually evolved from the initial manual
toll collection to electronic toll collection. At present, many expressways have opened ETC
lanes to realize automatic toll collection. The expressway toll collection system is also
constantly improving to meet the increasing demand for traffic flow. At the same time, the
expressway unifies the charging standard by combining the regional network connection of
toll points, realizes the collection and statistics of expressway charging data through network
joint charging, and optimizes and improves the efficiency of expressway charging and
standardizes the management of charging behavior by virtue of the advantages of online
platform.
In combination with the current toll status of the expressway, The system platform is
used to build a window for data statistics and data viewing, The toll standards of relevant
vehicle models are entered in the background of the system. The highway administrator users
can realize the toll registration of large and small vehicles in combination with different toll
standards to facilitate the operation of front-end users. The registered information is mainly
based on the basic vehicle information and vehicle tonnage information, and the toll
information and toll collector information are automatically filled in and calculated, The
efficiency of expressway toll management has been further improved.
