网络舆情分析系统的设计与实现
摘 要:进入二十一世纪以来,计算机技术蓬勃发展,人们的生活发生了许多变化。比如说信息的
传播和言论的发表变得越来越快了,当代的网民朋友可以通过网络平台快速的了解当今社会的新闻及动
态,除此之外还可以利用各个平台的评论功能发表自己的意见或看法。由此可见,计算机技术对人们生
活的改变不仅仅包含衣食住行等方面,它在各种领域都对现代生活作出了贡献。
虽然现在网络很发达,网民们可以通过各种各样的网络平台(比如新浪微博)就一些现象发声,
不过作为一名网民,要发表积极且正能量的评论或者微博,对自己的国家或城市要热爱不可以诋毁,
网络也会尊重网民们的言论自由,但对一些造谣生事的网民也会有监控。在计算机技术快速发展之
前,人们如果想对网络上特定的发言或评论进行查找是非常麻烦的,人们需要查看所有特定用户的
微博然后一条一条进行翻看,但这种查找方式首先效率很低,因为一个人的精力是有限的,人们要
查看每个用户的微博,而微博的刷新是很快的,可能几分钟的间隔就会产生新的评论或转发。其次
此种方式的时效性比较差,微博或微博中的评论信息无法快速及时的刷新。
本系统使用 Python 语言和 MySQL 数据库开发,为社会的网络管理部门提供了言论分析、言论管理、
用户管理等多种功能,让用户不需要再繁琐的查看每个人的微博帐号就可以进行以自己城市或地区为关
键词的言论分析和管理,在保障了网民们的隐私权和言论自由权的同时,可以最大效率地查看和本地有
关的舆情或负面评论。

Opinion Analysis System
Abstract: Since entering the 21st century, computer technology has flourished, and many changes have taken
place in people's lives. For example, the dissemination of information and the publication of speeches are becoming
faster and faster. Contemporary netizens can quickly understand the news and dynamics of today's society through
online platforms. In addition, they can also use the comment function of various platforms to express their own
opinions or opinions. It can be seen that computer technology has not only changed people's lives in terms of
clothing, food, housing, and transportation, but also contributed to modern life in various fields.
Although the internet is now very developed, netizens can speak out about some phenomena through various
online platforms (such as Sina Weibo), as a netizen, it is necessary to publish positive and energetic comments or
Weibo, love your country or city and not defame it. The internet also respects the freedom of expression of netizens,
but there will also be monitoring of some netizens who create rumors and incidents. Before the rapid development
of computer technology, it was very troublesome for people to search for specific statements or comments on the
network. People needed to view all specific users' microblogs and then scroll through them one by one. However,
this search method was first inefficient because a person's energy was limited, and people needed to view each user's
microblogs, and the refresh of microblogs was fast, New comments or forwarding may occur at intervals of a few
minutes. Secondly, this method has poor timeliness, and comments on Weibo or Weibo cannot be quickly and
timely refreshed.
This system is developed using Python language and MySQL database, providing multiple functions such as
speech analysis, speech management, and user management for social network management departments. It allows
users to conduct speech analysis and management based on their own city or region without having to check
everyone's Weibo account. This ensures the privacy and freedom of expression of netizens, You can view local
related public opinion or negative comments with maximum efficiency.
