Abstract
The development of enterprise logistics management systems can be considered
from both technological and demand aspects. From a technological perspective, with
the continuous development of computer technology, internet technology, and IoT
technology, the enterprise logistics management system has also made significant
progress. With the rise of big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence
technologies, the logistics management system has become more intelligent and
information-oriented. For example, logistics enterprises can use big data technology
to analyze and mine logistics transportation data, optimize logistics transportation
plans and routes, and use artificial intelligence technology to monitor and predict
transportation processes, and handle abnormal situations in a timely manner.
Additionally, enterprise logistics management systems can also use blockchain
technology to achieve full-process tracking and security protection of logistics
transportation.
From an enterprise demand perspective, with the intensification of market
competition and the continuous changes in customer demand, the requirements for
logistics transportation are becoming increasingly higher. Enterprises need to use
logistics management systems to achieve full-process management and control of
logistics transportation to improve transportation efficiency, reduce transportation
costs, and increase customer satisfaction. For example, enterprises need to manage
orders in real-time, plan and optimize logistics transportation, monitor logistics
transportation processes, and handle abnormal situations. Additionally, enterprises
also need to use logistics management systems to manage logistics supply chains and
share information with suppliers and customers.
Therefore, enterprise logistics management systems need to continuously adapt to
technological developments and changes in enterprise demand, continuously update
and upgrade to meet the needs of logistics transportation. Based on the above reasons,
this paper introduces and designs an enterprise logistics management system based on
the Python programming language. This system uses the Python programming
language and open-source Python libraries to achieve functions such as logistics
transportation planning, management, monitoring, and tracking. The system can help
enterprises achieve full-process management of logistics transportation, including
order management, logistics transportation planning, transportation route optimization,
logistics transportation monitoring, and abnormal situation handling.
This system mainly adopts the Django framework and combines the MySQL
database to achieve fast data querying and management. This system has the
following characteristics: (1) high flexibility, can be customized and developed
according to the actual needs of the enterprise; (2) simple operation, user-friendly
interface, and easy to use; (3) fast response speed, the system can quickly respond to
user requests and process tasks; (4) high security, data security is effectively
guaranteed.
