ABSTRACT
The magnetron time - frequency integrated test system which this dissertation
developed is very necessary. The integrated test system becomes the key to whether it
can enhance detection capability of the magnetron and shorten the test cycle, and
improve work efficiency goals.
According to the Structural characteristics of MATLAB7.0, this dissertation is
proposed a idea that will be in the MATLAB environment, testing time-domain and
frequency domain testing combined, and test system measured key performance
indicators for the implementation of the magnetron of real-time control. This
dissertation, the hardware bridges to the measured signal modulation, software
technology that have been measured modulated signals the implementation of testing,
and hardware and software combined to Development of an integrated test system as a
whole.
At first, this dissertation is analyzed detailly the magnetron application
background and applications, by comparison to traditional test systems, according to
the toolbox characteristics of MATLAB7.0, to be determined the research programs
which is in the MATLAB environment and based on the magnetron parameters -
frequency integrated test system.
Next, this dissertation is discussed in detail the design of the integrated test
system concept, interface design and program design, etc. and is tested magnetron
entities, to be verified the utility of the test system in the actual production. Then, it is
described the test principles and functions of the test system according to examples.
Finally, the dissertation is carried out the comparison tests about the test system
and the original test system on the same magnetron series. Through the comparison of
two series test data, it is verified the operability and advantages of the test system in
the actual production and is analyzed the reasons for the differences that between some
parameters in two series test results.
The actual use shows that the test system is easy to use, operates flexibly and the
test results is authentic. While the testing data is confidently and strong, high efficiency,
and good the testing data consistency, It provides a good protection for magnetron in

With the development of software and hardware technology, the test system’s
functions and technical indicators can be further expanded and optimized for greater
headroom.
