Super Interconnect Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“SIT”), owns certain patents that may read on
this Specification. SIT is not a member of the HDMI Forum and is therefore not automatically bound by the HDMI
Forum’s Intellectual Property Rights Policy. The HDMI Forum has entered into a Non-Assertion Agreement with SIT
under which SIT has agreed not to assert certain claims of such patents against any licensee of this Specification or its
affiliate with respect to such licensee’s or affiliate’s making, having made, use, importation, offer to sell, sale, lease,
promotion or other distribution of portions of products that implement and are compliant with relevant normative
requirements of this Specification. The Non-Assertion Agreement expressly provides that licensees and their affiliates
are third party beneficiaries of the non-assertion covenants contained in such agreement and may enforce their rights
