Welcome to MPEG Video Wizar from Womble Multimedia, Inc.
This is a WIN-32 desktop application software, an MPEG video
editor that directly edits your MPEG compressed movies with
frame accuracy.
This software can be installed on a PC with Windows 98,
Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.
The main features include
1. frame accurate editing for cut, copy, paste, and record.
2. insert simple transitions with video special effect.
3. an integrated text and graphics title editor.
4. still image overlay for text and logo insertion.
5. two audio tracks for mixing voice and music.
6. MPEG tool box including various MPEG Systems tools.
The following is a list of the supported MPEG formats
1. video: all MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video formats.
2. audio: MPEG layer-I, II and III, and AC-3.
3. systems: all MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 formats.
Other video data that the editor will read as input
1. Windows bitmap and JPEG compressed images.
2. AVI video and WAVE audio files.
3. MPEG-4 (Divix) with user installed runtime libraries.
The system requirements and recommendations are as follows
1. CPU: 500 MHz and faster.
2. Video: 8 bit or more.
3. Sound: 16-bit sound card that supports 44.1 kHz or better.
4. Runtime: DirectX DLL.
