SC5037 Ver1.0_180328

The SC5037 is a driver & controller LSI for graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems. It contains 320 segment and 4 common driver circuits. This chip is connected directly to a microprocessor, accepts 4-line/3-line serial peripheral interface (SPI) and 8080 parallel interface, display data can stores in an on-chip display data RAM of 4 x 320 x 3bits. It performs display data RAM read/write operation with no external operating clock to minimize power consumption.
