ANT无线网络是加拿大Dynastream Innovations 公司发起并推动的低功耗无线网络标准。可以实现以及完成zigbee的大多数应用场景,并具有更低的功耗,更快的开发应用,更快捷的开发应用周期,无需为协议付费等优点。 两大优势:一,极低的功耗,二,网络部署极为灵活,可以是点对点,星形,树形,乃至复杂的网状网络。通过适当的配置,网络中的某个节点可以同时分属于不同的网络,在不同的通道上,既可以是主节点,也可以是从节点。但是ZigBee端设备(ZED)只能够和它的父节点(ZC或者ZR)通信,不能为其它设备进行数据中继,因为对节点来说,如果没有合适的类型将很难随意加入或者离开网络。 ANT是一个无线个人局域网(PAN)通讯技术,可以确保连接数据完整性,并是一个低成本、低功耗无线网络协议。该协议调制方式是采用GFSK调制,支持星型和端对端等多种组网形式,支持的节点是2到数千个以上,所以,它不但威胁到蓝牙应用还威胁到Zigbee应用。 ANT协议是近距离无线通信协议的一种, 是一种超低功耗短距离无线通信的方式之一. 它的数据传输效率一般达到47%以上, 支持睡眠模式, 有8个独立频道, 每个频道最多支持218节点. ANT协议支持三种信息: broadcast, acknowledged, burst.
