载货汽车门密封系统的结构优化设计

摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车产业作为国民经济的一个重要的支柱产业在近年内
得到了快速的发展。随着技术水平和制造工艺的上升,消费者对汽车的舒适性能提出了
更为严格的要求。而汽车的密封性能是评价汽车舒适性的一项重要指标,其中门密封系
统是汽车车身密封中十分重要的一环,它密封性能的好坏将对乘客舱的舒适性产生很大
的影响。在门密封系统中门密封条对密封性能影响最大。
车门密封条在隔绝车内外空间,防止车外空间的尘土、雨水侵入车厢,同时也在汽
车高速行驶时阻断车内外空气流动有很大作用,提高汽车的乘坐舒适性。门密封条大多
由 EPDM 橡胶材料制成,同时为了保证密封的性能,密封条通常具有复杂的截面形状。
由于密封条材料和结构的复杂性,使得新密封条的开发流程十分的繁琐,需要进行重复
多次的实验才能定型生产。但是近年来计算机技术、非线性材料力学、有限元法和计算
机图学得发展,使得在生产前就可以对其进行计算机仿真分析,对于发现其设计缺陷和
优化其密封性能十分有利,提高了设计的品质与效率,同时也有利于降低开发成本.国
外先进的密封条生产企业很早就开始了这方面的研究了,我国的密封条 CAE 技术起步较
晚,只有少数的企业进行这方面的研究。
为了提升我国密封条企业的竞争能力。本文主要涉及新密封条产品的开发,主要对
象为载货汽车的门密封条,在设计中将使用 ABAQUS 软件对密封条结构进行分析,改善
密封条的压缩负荷和压缩变形。

Abstract
With the development of economy of our country,the automobile industry in China is
rapidy developing in recent years.With the development of engineering level and
manufacturing technology ,the customers have stricter demand in comfort.And the sealing
performances an important evaluating index of the comfort of automobile,especially the
door’s sealing is very important.The door’s sealing can determine the comfort of customer
compartment.But the automotive door weather strip are the most important.
The automotive door weather strip in isolated the car’s inside and outside,preventing the
dust and rainwater from getting in inside of the customer compartment,besides it also can
prevent air flowing during the in a high speed,all above can improve the comfort of the
customer compartment.The automotive door weather strip usually is made by EPDM,and to
keep the sealing performances,the strip usually has a complex cross section.Because of the
material and cross section of the strip,making the exploitation progress very complex,it needs
to test again and again until it satisfy the performances.But computer technique,unlinear
mechanics of materials,finite element technique and the CAD technique fast development,it
makes we can simulate the strip before the manufacture,these have many benefit on
exploitation,such as we can find the design flaw and optimize the structure of the
strip,improve the product quality and deaign efficiency,and reduce development
costs.Advanced strip manufacturing enterprises of the developed country conducted this flied
long time ago,the applying of CAE technique in China is not long.There are several
enterprises use this technique.
To improve the competitiveness of the strip manufacture industry in China.This paper
introduce the exploitation of the truck door weather strip,in progress I use the ABAQUS
program to analyse the strip’s structure,optimizing the compression load and the deformation
of compression.
