Z-World’s Wi-Fi Applications Kit provides all the tools necessary to sample and design communications from a
Rabbit-based device to a WiFi-enabled device (e.i. PC Laptop or any device using a Compact Flash based Wi-
Fi card). The libraries and sample programs allow for a Wi-Fi card to send and receive data to/from a
RabbitCore module (RCM) over a wireless connection. The RCM can also send/receive email from any PC or
device with a compatible Wi-Fi card. The Wi-Fi Applications Kit includes Z-World’s Dynamic C software with
royalty-free TCP/IP stack.
RabbitWeb Browser Interface (Not Included in Kit)
The Wi-Fi Application Kit can also be supported by an
optional RabbitWeb Software Module. RabbitWeb offers
the following benefits for developing a Web interface to
run in a Wi-Fi application:
• Read and write program variables remotely, while
eliminating complex CGI programming
• Easily create controls such as pull-down menus or
control buttons
• Ensure valid input values and proper user
authorization
• Elegantly indicate input errors for easy correction
•
10X reduction in CGI programming and
debugging time
Applications
Wireless Automation and Control
