摘 要
互联网发展至今,无论是其理论还是技术都已经成熟,而且它广泛参与在社
会中的方方面面。它让信息都可以通过网络传播,搭配信息管理工具可以很好地
为人们提供服务。针对小型企业办公信息管理混乱,出错率高,信息安全性差,
劳动强度大,费时费力等问题,采用小型企业办公自动化系统可以有效管理,使
信息管理能够更加科学和规范。
小型企业办公自动化系统在 Eclipse 环境中,使用 Java 语言进行编码,使用
Mysql 创建数据表保存本系统产生的数据。系统可以提供信息显示和相应服务,
其管理员管理部门经理,管理总经理,管理员工和员工留言以及员工工资,管理
内部邮件,管理审批流程,管理离职申请。部门经理给员工发放工资,审核并回
复员工留言,管理员工工资,审核员工的离职申请信息,查询和下载内部邮件以
及审批流程。总经理查询下载内部邮件和审批流程,审核员工离职申请,查询员
工工资,查询员工和部门经理。员工发布留言,发布内部邮件,发布离职申请,
查询通知公告和审批流程,查看员工本人工资。
总之,小型企业办公自动化系统集中管理信息,有着保密性强,效率高,存
储空间大,成本低等诸多优点。它可以降低信息管理成本,实现信息管理计算机
化。

Abstract
Since the development of the Internet, both its theory and technology have
matured, and it has been widely involved in all aspects of society. It allows
information to be disseminated through the Internet, and it can serve people well with
information management tools. In view of the chaotic management of office
information of small enterprises, high error rate, poor information security, high labor
intensity, and time-consuming and labor-intensive issues, the use of small enterprise
office automation systems can be effectively managed, and information management
can be more scientific and standardized.
The office automation system for small enterprises uses Java language for coding
in the Eclipse environment, and uses Mysql to create data tables to save the data
generated by the system. The system can provide information display and
corresponding services. The administrator manages department managers, manages
general managers, manages staff and staff messages and staff salaries, manages
internal mail, manages the approval process, and manages resignation applications.
Department managers pay employees wages, review and reply to employee messages,
manage employee wages, review employee resignation application information, query
and download internal emails and approval procedures. The general manager inquires
about downloading internal emails and approval procedures, reviews employee
resignation applications, inquires about employee salary, and inquires about
employees and department managers. Employees post messages, post internal emails,
post resignation applications, query notice announcements and approval procedures,
and check their own salaries.
In short, the office automation system of small enterprises centralizes
management information, which has many advantages such as strong confidentiality,
high efficiency, large storage space, and low cost. It can reduce the cost of
information management and realize the computerization of information management.
