
细胞工程技术在作物育种上的研究与应用新进展

摘 要
根据文献研究结果, 系统地综述了染色体工程技术、原生质体培养、花药培养、细
胞培养与无性系筛选、组织培养与体细胞杂交等细胞工程技术, 在国内外农作物育种开
发应用后所取得的新进展、 新成果, 以及这些新成果的产业化, 对促进中国农业生产的
发展所起的作用。预测并展望了细胞工程技术在未来农作物育种中的开发应用前景。

Progress of Studies on Molecular Mech anisms of Regulation in

ABSTRACT
According to literature findings, systematically reviewed Chromosome Engineering,
protoplast culture, anther culture, cell culture and clonal screening, tissue culture and
somatic cell hybrid cell engineering technology, in the development and application of
domestic and international crop breeding newprogress and new achievements, and
these new achievements in industry, the role to promote the development of China's
agricultural production. Forecast and prospects of the development and application
prospects of cell engineering technology in the future crop breeding.
