企业员工培训存在的问题以及对策研究——M 企
业为例
摘要
本文以 M 企业为例,探讨了企业员工培训存在的问题及应对策略。首先介绍了研
究背景、意义和现状,然后从理论和实际层面综述了培训的含义、意义和方式,
接着分析了 M 企业的现状和员工培训存在的问题及其原因,最后提出了应对这些
问题的方式。研究发现,M 企业在培训中存在认识不清、方式单一、缺乏系统性
和健全的体系等问题,原因在于重视生产、缺乏科学战略规划、培训文化缺失和
投入不足等。为解决这些问题,M 企业应完善培训计划,强化师资力量,优化培
训内容并创新培训方式。

Research on Problems and Countermeasures in
Employee Training of Enterprises - Taking M
Enterprise as an Example
Abstract
This article takes M Enterprise as an example to explore the problems in employee
training in enterprises and their countermeasures. Firstly, it introduces the research
background, significance, and current situation, then summarizes the meaning,
significance, and methods of training from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of M Enterprise and the problems in
employee training, as well as their reasons. Finally, it proposes ways to address these
problems. The research finds that M Enterprise has problems such as unclear
understanding, single training method, lack of systemicity and a sound training
system. The reasons lie in the emphasis on production, lack of scientific strategic
planning, lack of training culture, and insufficient investment. To solve these
problems, M Enterprise should improve its training plan, strengthen its teaching staff,
optimize the training content, and innovate the training methods.
