和STC比,PIC(早期F系列的除外)和AVR的好一些吧。STC的51系列不行,不光易受干扰,它还会干扰无线遥控。前段时间去了个做矿上监测仪器的公司,用的是Microchip公司的PIC。我的一个老师给企业做开发用的是Atmel公司的AVR—Mega系列。抗干扰性有好多方面,PIC在温度性能和电磁屏蔽方面有比较好的抗干扰能力,AVR单片机在静电测试等某些方面比PIC强。还要考虑电源干扰,比如和打火、电机电路共电源等。 采用哈佛结构、RISC指令集的PIC和AVR不会有操作码和操作数的混淆,有利于抗干扰。冯·诺依曼结构、CISC指令集的51则在强干扰时可能会操作码和操作数的混淆。 再就是飞思卡尔在抗干扰、低功耗单片机方面比较突出,很多工业仪表、汽车厂家喜欢用,飞思卡尔半导体即原摩托罗拉半导体部。
