消毒柜模糊控制系统设计与研究
[摘要]
模糊控制是对专业人员工作过程的模仿,是一种智能控制。模糊消毒柜在控制
中选取温度偏差及变化率为参数,以加热时间为控制量,用三角形隶属度函数
对参数进行模糊化,在单片机中存储建立好的模糊控制表,由传感器得到的温
度及其变化情况,用查表法进行模糊匹配,在控制中采用 max-min 模糊推理
法,而模糊决策采用最大平均法。这样的方法大大降低了程序计算的复杂度,
以实现更精确的控制。

[ABSTRUCTION]
Fuzzy control is the process of copying the work of professionals, is an
intelligent control. Disinfection cabinet in the control of Fuzzy select the
temperature deviation and the rate of its change as a parameter ,the heating time
as the output of control, using triangular membership functions to fuzzifier with
parameters, storing well -established fuzzy control table in the microcontroller,
using the temperature and the rate of its change from the temperature sensors,
adopting the ROMs to fuzzy matching, in controlling use the method of max-min
to fuzzy inference, and fuzzy decision-making with the Mean of Maxima. Such an
approach greatly reduces the complexity of the calculation procedure in order to
achieve more precise control.
