在微服务架构下，少不了使用MQ和Redis,为了方便调试，制作了一个简单的RabbitMQ的调试工具，不用总是进入15672去看，主要是觉得麻烦。 工具具备创建Exchange,Queue,发布和订阅，自动应答处理等常用的消息处理操作。 工具使用.net开发，需要安装net461,其他的也没啥，有什么需要的，可以提出要求，方便开发嘛。
