光伏并网发电模拟装置的设计
摘要
本系统由输入电压采集模块、DC/AC 逆变模块、后级电感滤波模块、输出
电流采集模块、跟踪保护控制模块这五大模块组成,由性价比较高的 AVR 单片
机进行控制。核心器件 DC/AC 逆变模块由 AVR 单片机产生 SPWM 调制信号,
经过全桥逆变电路,由 IR2103 作为桥式驱动器驱动 MOS 管 IRFZ48,经滤波后
产生标准正弦交流信号,并且完成了最大功率点跟踪,频率跟踪,欠压、过流
保护,实时显示输入电压等功能。系统实现了基本要求中的指标和发挥部分的
大部分指标,系统工作稳定,可靠性较高。
Abstract
This system include five parts: input voltage collection,DC/AC
invertor,filter,output current collection,and follow&protect which is controled by the
AVR.The DC/AC part include the SPWM wave,through the bridge invertor and the
filter,can produce the sin wave. This work have the fuction below: MPPT,frequncy in-
phase,lowvoltage,overload protection.Being tested,the system goes well and has reach
all the basic demands and some following demands.The system runs stability.
