项目的概念
A project is “a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result.”*
项目就是“为创造一件独特的产品、一项服务或者一种结果而进行的临时性努力”

A project ends when its objectives have been reached, or the project has been terminated.
当达到目标或者终止项目时,项目就结束了
Projects can be large or small and take a short or long time to complete.

A project:
Has a unique purpose. 项目有一个独特的目的

Should have a primary customer or sponsor. 项目应该有一位主要客户

Project managers work with project sponsors, project teams, and other people involved in projects to meet project goals.

项目的三维约束
Every project is constrained in different ways by its: 每个项目都会以不同的方式受到约束

Time goals: How long should it take to complete? 时间:需要多长时间完成项目?
Cost goals: What should it cost? 成本:完成项目需要花费什么?
